The International Centre for Pension Management (ICPM) is pleased to welcome new management team members: Adrian Trollor joins in the newly-created role of Managing Director, and Alex Lemaire joins as Interim Administration Manager.

“We’re thrilled to have Adrian and Alex join the core ICPM team. Both will be instrumental in propelling our 2026 initiatives forward, as we have a lot of exciting initiatives planned,” says Sebastien Betermier, ICPM Executive Director. “Adrian will support various ICPM initiatives and operations to strengthen organizational resiliency. He will also play an anchoring role in the Asia-Pacific region to further grow our global offerings and ensure coverage of all time zones. Alex will provide essential support in anticipation of Jimena Buhagiar’s parental leave next year.”

Adrian Trollor is a senior investment executive with a 20+ year track record in championing
investment innovation and generating value through sustainable and high-performing
investment strategies. Recognised for his authentic and engaging leadership, Adrian has built a reputation for aligning strong governance, collaborative culture and innovation through investment teams to drive performance. Most recently serving as Head of Portfolio Delivery at NSW Treasury Corporation (TCorp), Adrian oversaw investment of $80bn of client portfolios within a $110bn investment program. Adrian has also led ICPM’s Working Group on Total Portfolio Approach throughout 2025.

Alex Lemaire brings several years of experience supporting senior executives, leadership teams, and boards with a focus on governance, organizational coordination, and project management. Her background includes streamlining processes, improving communication, and helping teams operate more efficiently. Alex is passionate about building strong working relationships and creating structures that support meaningful, strategic work.
