Fredrik Willumsen is Global Head of Strategy Research at Norges Bank Investment Management, the organisation managing the USD 2.1 trillion Norwegian sovereign wealth fund. In this role he is responsible for researching and formulating strategic investment advice for the fund covering areas such as the fund’s investment universe, asset allocation, benchmarks, etc. He joined the fund in 2013 and is based in London. He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Oslo.
