Pearl is a professional, dedicated and experienced team leader of the accounting team. She is also an experienced CPA, CGA who provides financial services for ICPM which includes financial reporting and analysis, budgeting, tax filing etc. Pearl has been working in the non-profit sector for about 10 years and provided financial service for more than 12 NPOs. She is enthusiastic in developing the financial procedure and strategy that benefits the NPOs.
